Traffic light fault at Puddle Dock junction with Upper Thames Street Reported anonymously at 17:28, Mon 23 December 2019 There are signs warning of "change to signal times", however, surely there is a fault, as the lights stay red for well over 5 minutes and cycle through several phases. This is on Upper Thames Street heading west at the junction into Puddle Dock. It's causing queues all the way back through the Blackfriars underpass and as drivers are assuming the lights are not working (stuck on red), they're crossing on red and it is highly dangerous. First noticed on Friday 20th December (PM) and still an issue Monday 23rd (12 noon approx). I can't see why the phasing was changed, there were no problems before. Hopefully this is just a technical fault that you can rectify? Thanks and happy Christmas to you all.
