Noisy Manhole Cover outside 128 URRW Reported anonymously at 13:29, Wed 5 February 2020 Westbound carriageway. The road has recently been surfaced, but the area around the manhole cover is showing signs of deterioration. One corner stands proud of the surface. The loose cover makes a loud noise as vehicles pass over it. This noise is very irritating, especially at night - and will almost certainly get worse if it is not attended to.
