Loud noise from manhole cover due to traffic Reported anonymously at 13:42, Tue 24 November 2020 There is a manhole cover that rocks in line with where most traffic on Cavendish roads wheels pass, making a loud clinking noise. It prevents us getting to sleep until very late at night and also wakes us up very early in the morning. It has got significantly worse in the last few days. I've taken a video of this happening if that would be of use.
