12 inch pothole near bus stop on Old Marylebone Road Reported anonymously at 17:15, Fri 12 March 2021 Rode over this pothole on the evening of March 9th. The pothole which perhaps innocuous for cars and buses , is life threatening for cycles. My rear tyre was punctured irreparably with long slits in the inner tube. The rear wheel is now out of being round and needs replacing. It is understandable that a pothole will occur if the roads are not constantly looked after but the biggest concern I have is that a look at Google maps seems to show that the pothole has been in that location for an extremely long time (2019). If it has been there that long surely that is unacceptable?
