Noisy manhole cover Reported anonymously at 14:09, Tue 2 November 2021 The manhole cover has been fixed earlier this year (reported on this website - tarmac fix) however the fix has come loose and it is loudly clanking every time a car drives over (constantly). Please can this be fixed as soon as possible as it disturbs the houses at night with the constant loud noise.
