Reported anonymously at 16:53, Thu 4 November 2021 The rotating/spinning cone for people with a visual impairment is not working on the second part of the pedestrian crossing (crossing from the university side over Roehampton Lane to the hospital side). This is a safety hazard as people with a visual impairment are unable to tell when the lights have changed and traffic has stopped on this busy road.
