Green Light Filter Bulb out Reported anonymously at 07:57, Mon 15 November 2021 The Green arrow filter light is out right hand lane going towards Fleet Street. The light only goes green when the left hand lane green light comes on therefore causing traffic as only lets about 4 cars through at a time when normally the right hand lane is pretty much green unless the pedestrian crossing is in use.
