Blocked Drain/Soakaway Causing Flooding in Heavy Rain Reported anonymously at 13:05, Wed 17 November 2021 As previously reported in June & September 2021 the drain in the pavement between 70 - 72 London Road, Forest Hill, London, SE23 3PA is blocked as shown on the attached photographs and is now overflowing. TFL have previously reported this has been fixed, however, as of today 17th November 2021 this work is still outstanding. We look forward to hearing from you once completed. Many thanks.
