Erratic timings leading to long queues in one direction Reported anonymously at 15:45, Mon 14 February 2022 These lights have 3 phases: A- from A210 Eltham Road, B- from A20 Eltham Rd (+ left filter from Sidcup Rd), C- from A2210 Kidbrooke Park Rd & A20 Sidcup Rd. Phase A usually has the lightest traffic. I have observed that at most times of day, certainly off-peak, they are operating with phases A and C having about 40 seconds green light, but phase B with about 15 seconds. As a result, long queues build up on A20 Eltham Rd eastbound. Occasionally there is a longer phase B. I first observed this timing problem when temporary lights were installed in December, which was reported to working team who promised to report it. I had hoped the problem would be fixed when the new permanent lights were in operation at the start of this month, but it has continued as above. Please arrange for Phase B to be lengthened, and Phase A to be shortened.
