Traffic lights actually on the bridge, not were marked as not offered in your list of lights

Hello Every week I’ve travelled from Farnborough, Hampshire (for the last 30 years), into Waterloo station, then travel by taxi to Farringdon. Having witnessed the traffic light sequencing on Blackfriars Bridge where it meets the road on the north side of the river - where circled in the attached photo - for the last 6 months now, they only seem to let 2 or 3 cars thru at any one time. The queues are always so long on the approach to the bridge mid morning, when it’s not even rush hour. Last week’s taxi ride from Waterloo to Farringdon cost me £17.01; it’s such a short journey too. The delay was again down to the excruciatingly slow-moving traffic on Blackfriars Bridge. Perhaps it can be monitored and perhaps adjusted to help the awful traffic jams? I welcome your response. Thank you kindly
