  • I have spoken to Merton councils Street lighting manager and he has confirmed that the street light in question is owned by TFL as merton council have replaced all the street lights they own with new green post and LED tops and this lamp post is black and owned by TFL and this be fixed asap as it very dark on this section of the road. The lamp post also is by double red line. i have added a picture to show the area in question
