  • As if yesterday, the temporary traffic lights across Edgware Road from Burwood Place, W2 (i.e. Barclays Bank across to Argos) were still NOT working. It is very dangerous to cross here as the lights remain at red, and pedestrians do not know if it is safe to do so.

Are the lights now fixed as of Tuesday morning, 31 December? Thank you.

  • Despite your assurances that the pedestrian lights from Burwood Place across Edgware Road, W2 - Barclays Bank to Argos - would be fixed soonest, I am now writing to you for the THIRD time in ten days.

The pedestrian lights STILL remain at red, do not turn green, thus posing a major hazard for those trying to cross over this very busy road.

Please, please, can TfL resolve the issue soonest, before an accident occurs. Thank you.
