Obtrusive graffiti on both window panes of the bus shelter.

Reported in the Graffiti / Flyposting on stop or shelter (non-offensive) category anonymously at 14:11, Mon 6 January 2020

Sent to TfL 4 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS1921449.

LHS window pane seems to be glass, and the grafitti can be easily removed from here, but the RHS seems to be plastic and more difficult. This graffiti appeared before Xmas and is a real eyesore which is likely to encourage more anti-social behaviour, which is why I would be grateful if you could remove it without delay please.

  • Please can you tell me what is the latest you will be removing this grafitti according to your "regular cleaning schedule". I hope it will be days rather than weeks. Thanks.

  • I am still waiting for a reply to my updated query. I tried phoning the number you provided and they had a lot of trouble even getting the information about this case. They did not recognise the reference number and had only old information not the latest. Please reply by email and tell how I can follow up. Thanks, Chris Radway 9 Jan 20.
