Reported in the Pavement Defect (uneven surface / cracked paving slab) category anonymously at 16:06, Fri 10 January 2020

Sent to TfL 4 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS1930420.

"Third party contractors not completing works properly Details Complainant owns shop E1 Cycles - 4a Commercial Street. States that over the summer, there was a power outage. Contractors came and dug up the pavement to replace cables, but did not properly replace the pavement. States that when it rains the water leaks through the pavement and into their basement. This has the potential to cause flooding to their basement which is under the pavement. Action requested Would like the pavement to be properly fixed so property is not flooded"
