Sent to TfL 4 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS1930801.

These manhole covers are owned by TFL, not by Southwark Council and not by Thames Water, but by TFL - last time when it took 15 months to get it fixed we established this when TFL also claimed these manhole covers weren’t theirs, they are! After 15 months you finally came around and confirmed. So why are you referring this again to the council? And could you not say it’s fixed on this website when it isn’t. Awaiting TFL to fix it, hopefully within 15 months this time...

  • Still no contractors seen nor any attempts to solve the issue - can this be made a priority please? Called TFL 3 times to report, sent 3 times an email (Ref: 14491142) and now reported 3 times on this website...
