Underpass blocked of by fences

Sent to TfL 7 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS1934162.
Underpass has been blocked of by fencing. There is no progression there or any clear reason why it has been fenced of. Pedestrians are just forcing their way through the fencing and creating dangerous scenarios with the fencing. The fencing is being taken apart and balancing the on top of each other and on the railings, which could fall at any moment.

Thank you for your report. From our investigations by our team, we can confirm that the subway is closed due to a safety issue. A Motorbike was set on fire within the subway this resulted in the ceiling/wall structure being damage, also the lights are out of action. Our contractors have ordered new lighting units and as soon as they are in we will aim to get the lights working so we can reopen the subway.

It’s not fixed it’s 29th January 2020 and it’s still closed it’s disgusting no one can use it can you get people down today to get it opened and now rubbish is being put down there

When is it going to be fixed to has been 6 weeks now FIX IT NOW I now have to drive to work witch is just over the road of were i live and as the previous person said it's getting rubbish thrown down there now witch is going to cost you more money to clear
