Pedestrian traffic lights located on upper richmond road, sheen road not working

Reported in the Pedestrian wait button not working category anonymously at 10:40, Wed 22 January 2020

Sent to TfL 5 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS1954262.

The push button for the pedestrian traffic are not working at all. This has caused some pedestrians to not wait and have ended up crossing the road which is a safety hazard especially because these lights are located on a main junction. There has already been a report for these faulty lights already in December and this has been an ongoing issue and nothing has been resolved since. It's important that this gets looked into as a matter of urgency to prevent any accidents and people from getting injured.
