No Pedestrian phase

Have you considered adding a pedestrian crossing to the The Hanbury Street / Commercial St / Lamb St junction?
It’s a main pedestrian thoroughfare between the popular Brick Lane and surrounding area, with an increasing number of offices and shops, and the Old Spitalfields market, with its eateries and retail outlets.
Thousands of people who work in the area, and no doubt a large number of tourists who may be unfamiliar with the roads, must be crossing that road everyday and yet there is no pedestrian phase on the existing lights.
At no point during the traffic lights phasing is it possible for pedestrians to cross Commercial Street without risk of traffic coming from one of the four directions.
On top of that Commercial Street is used as a main through road for a huge number of HGVs adding to the risks involved.
I’d love to know your thoughts
