Cycle lane markings not reinstted as part of the recent phased resurfacing works (all other road marking reinstated overnight as part of the works)

Reported in the Worn out road markings category anonymously at 15:45, Fri 24 January 2020

Sent to TfL 5 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS1959180.

Following the rececent phased (ongoing?) resurfacing of the Upper Richmond Road West (A205) between Sheen Lane and Priory Lane/Vine Road, general road markings were reinstated at the same time. However all cycle lane markings have been omitted in both directions. On a more general note cycle markings along the length of the Upper Richhmond Road have been allowed to fade to dangerous (unnoticable by cars) status. I don't understand why or the logic for only omitting to reinstate cycle marking when al other marking were immediately (i.e. overnight along with the resurfaced section) reinstated?
