To whom it may concern, I have CC'ed .... the street service department to hopefully bring a greater awareness to the ongoing severe pothole issue that has been going on since May 2018, and in October/November 2019 have been patched up 3 times and each time opened up within those months. Unfortunately to write you that the one of the many potholes has opened up again and is very deep and large! This is the initial pothole where it all started with.
In my last email in November i witnessed someones crashing into the pothole and with the rain 2 days ago i witnessed a man not realizing there was AGAIN a pothole making a dip, luckily he recovered quickly.
TFL as i have stressed prior for a pothole to keep on recurring, there has to be some other problem beneath it, often this is water or is it the quality of the fill in (roadworkers for Thames water explained to me in November while they worked on the lyford road water system) that sometimes they fill potholes with a temp solution till the correct department will come in and address the problem) .... the recurring severe pothole problem on Trinity Road before the traffic light turning left onto windmill direction of Earlsfield/Southfield/Wimbledon.
