Pedestrian crossing stuck in continuous cycle

Sent to TfL 1 minute later. TfL ref: FMS1991209.

Periodically (every week or two) the crossing seems to get stuck in a continuous cycle where the lights will activate red and the crossing beeper will sound. This then repeats a minute later for many hours. This most recently occurred last night, but has cleared this morning.

  • Good morning.

    This crossing has been stuck in the same cycle for the last 24 hours. I’m afraid it does not appear to have been fixed.

    Would it be possible to reinvestigate this?
