Blocked drain outside of 130 Brighton road.
Could you urgently attend to this as Thames Water has already attended and advised that it is the responsibility of the council to get this sorted.
So will be grateful if you can arrange for an engineer to attend as soon as possible.
Due to recent rains there is more puddle of water
