Bus Stop Has No Shelter

Sent to TfL 3 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS1998789.

Customer said bus stop has no shelter and would like one installed. Customer claims to have called Enfield council and was told the bus stop is owned by TfL Please investigate and confirm who is responsible for bus stop. (see below screenshot from IAP that says it is owned by council)
