Pedestrian crossing light facing wrong direction.

The pedestrian crossing light at A10 crossing opposite Threadneedle street (the more southern crossing, on the side with the construction) has been spun around since last Monday (Feb 10th), making it difficult for pedestrians to know when it is safe to cross the road.
Your report has been investigated and we can confirm that there is a fault with these traffic lights. We have passed this to our contractors and as it is classed as an emergency it will be made safe within 24 hours. Thank you for taking the time to report this to us.
