Hazard on pavement

" Our reference: Confirm 129321. Site: Archway Road N6 Highgate. Problem Type: Miscellaneous. Description of Problem: My mother (aged 78) tripped over building materials (a wooden plank) lying around on the pavement, with no barriers or warning signs nearby, on the pavement outside the old Richardson’s of Highgate building. She has had a lot of damage done to herself - a broken arms, two black eyes, a potential head injury. Please investigate this as a matter of urgency. It occurred at 9am on Thursday 6th Feb. (Yesterday) . Location: g around on the pavement, with no barriers or warning signs nearby, on the pavement outside the old Richardson’s of Highgate building.. Our reference: Confirm 129321.
