Pothole has re-emerged and is bigger

Sent to TfL 12 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS2018617.
This pothole has come back after only just being fixed. The pothole is really large, about 45cm in diameter and very deep.
Cars swerving like mad at 40mph to avoid.
Please fix.

Customer says the pothole is not a 'minor' and needs urgent attention as: - the material surrounding it is chipping away - it's very deep and may cause vehicle damage.
