Manhole cover keeping us awake at night - worse customer service from TFL - first reported 30 December - nothing done - want to submit complaint, no contact details provided - would anyone within TFL please do their job and get this fixed, the whole neighbourhood would benefit from 1 professional skilled person taking us serious and getting this done. Thank you

Andrew Clapham from your Customer Service informed today that TFL has to fix it, just like last time after 15 months of denying and just not wanting to do the job - nobody else owns the cover, so it is yo to TFL as he also finally admitted - I’m afraid you have to roll up your sleeves TFL and finally after 11 weeks this time fix it. Hope you do a proper job this time, as last time it got loose again after just 5 months.

It IS now TFL’s responsibility - see attached email - Please stop giving hideous updates and go out there and fix it instead.
