Fencing and debris.

Sent to TfL 4 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS2091617.

During recent storms back fence has been damaged and as a result debris has been blown over the property line and now resides on tfl land, between the property line and the blackwall southern tunnel approach. I would like to have access to have this removed and the fence repaired.
