Large pot holes and cracks in the road also causing noise pollution when heavy goods vehicles passing over

There is many large potholes along this road heading from the bus stop GR all the way up to the school. These are causing high noise pollution by the larger vehicles and also just tonight a cars tyre was damaged. These have been fixed previously but on the dual carriage way there are a lot of cracks in the road and also large pot holes appearing again.
