COLT-branded manhole cover is loose, outside Paladar

Manhole/drain cover is loose, rocking and making disturbing noise every time a bus goes over it. In middle of road southbound London Road, outside Paladar (4-5 London Road)

  • Have spoken to Virgin who referred me to their NAM (Network Asset Management?) Team (CTIO | Network Asset Support) but they have said they are not responsible for COLT manholes.

  • Thank you for your report. This will now be investigated by our team, where possible and appropriate action will be taken. We will still try to update on the progress within 10 days, however in the current circumstances it may not be possible to do so while we focus on keeping our roads safe for critical workers as they to continue to support London
