Constant water collecting on A41 southbound, just after Brockley Hill Roundabout.

Water collects at side of carriageway, causing weeds to grow. These have likely blocked the drains and the water runs downhill, back towards the A5 Elstree Hill South. This is evident and obvious in dry weather conditions; I suspect the drains are blocked and the weeds need removing.
