One of the manhole covers is now fitting loosly and is therefore noisy every time a vehicle drives over it. As this is a busy road a vehicle hits this manhole several times each minute and it is very disturbing, especially at night. this has been an issue for over 1 year now Please fix ASAP. The site is infront of my flat Bellman House on Manford way Chigwell Essex IG7 4DH

    Fly tipping reg occurrence and never cleared even after raising with local authority. Bedding has been there since january 2020. Council charging higher service charge but not claening done nor clearing.
