Traffic signalling unclear

Reported in the General Fault category anonymously at 15:55, Monday 18 May 2020

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2120119.

This is a horrible, anti social junction.

Drivers further back on eastway at the lights misunderstand that traffic cannot move forward onto the yellow box because of the lights on Wick Rd staying red for longer and causing a bottle neck. This leads to excessive HORN BLOWING. Also, during anti social hours.

You could look into traffic light sequencing here to keep traffic flowing through wick Rd to stop these horns.

Anyway, more pressingly, there has been a huge advertising billboard just erected here, which is not only an eyesore, but will further distract drivers at the start of the lights causing more HORN BLOWING.

Could you consider not having this here at the very least?
