A pot hole in the bus lane
Reported in the Pothole (minor) category anonymously at 08:05, Thursday 21 May 2020
Sent to TfL 6 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS2123370.
A pothole in the road in the bus lane means that every time a lorry or bus goes past there are big vibrations throughout the flats (I’m in 1e, flat 1). This wakes me up and is a nuisance throughout the day working from home. The dip means heavy vehicles thud in to it. It must also be a health and safety risk.
Thank you for your report. This will now be investigated by our team, where possible and appropriate action will be taken. We will still try to update on the progress within 10 days, however in the current circumstances it may not be possible to do so while we focus on keeping our roads safe for critical workers as they to continue to support London
