  • Traffic lights for traffic heading east down West Hill and turning left - being consistently held on red for several minutes, even when no traffic heading west and turning right

Posted anonymously at 07:05, Thu 28 May 2020

  • Traffic signals are stuck on red for minutes at a time, any time of the day or night - regardless of traffic in the other direction - ie, the lights are NOT responsive to traffic conditions at all - they seem to be on a default setting. During daylight hours, cars are backed up all the way back to previous lights, where the A205 meets the A3 - causing unnecessary traffic congestion

  • I suggest you re-investigate this fault - as it is real and is causing serious traffic congestion

  • The previously reported fault has not been rectified. Traffic is banking up only because the lights appear to be on a default setting. It never used to be like this
