Dying Newly planted trees

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2130074.

There is a row of copper coloured trees which are dying on the west side of trInity road as you go north under the underpass- This makes me very cross as these trees are obviously expensive to plant and they never get looked after and end up dying due to lack of water.
