Abandoned and tied cycle to disabled bay's sign post

22 Ceres Road SE18 1HP. A broken cycle is chained to the sign post pole of disabled bay since 27.5.20 just after 6.03pm. It became nuisance as people knocking on my door and asking about the bike. My wife is not well she is mentally disturbed, and is getting upset and paranoid. I request this to be removed soon. Regards BS Sandhu
