Green man coming on and cars driving through at same time , I was nearly killed

Reported in the General Fault category by Emmajane Punch at 19:41, Friday 5 June 2020

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2143987.

Basically I think the green pedestrian man And green light for cars are showing at the same time on the westbound side . Tuesday morning I was crossing at the green man , road was quite so car was speeding up, he barely stopped , literally jammed on breaks very close to me, it was very scary. I thought he was in the wrong but then Thursday evening I was about to cross while green man was on and moped went through , it looked like the driver had no intention of stopping. Then this evening, the road was busy, cars were stuck in traffic, green man came on, I started crossing but cars kept driving as if there was a green light their side. I shouted out is the light broken and then the green man went off quickly, there were other people there who confirmed what happened. This is incredibly dangerous , please sort it ASAP
