Back to all reports

As an infant school trying to accommodate pupil returning to school the works are impacting the access and egress to our site. We did not get prior notification of the works so were unable to inform our parents. We have had to speak to the works team to request they ensure access is available at key times of the day. It has hampered our ability to maintain social distance and as non essential work outside of a infant school it should have taken place during the Summer holidays.

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2159385.

No prior notification of works access/egress issues (see comments above).

  • I am unsatisfied with the problem. You have ignored my query about why the school did not receive prior notification and the telephone number you provide is useless as you go via the various options and then are told the team are not accepting calls??!!! Please answer my concerns about lack of notice rather then wait a week and put a fixed status on my complaint!
