Blue Badge holders needing the parking bay outside Iceland have been deprived

The poles that have been installed on Holloway Road that stops the parking bays from being used by cars. Not being able to park outside the Iceland shop means cannot shop there. temporary widened walkways implemented but CI haven't had any details on where these have been implemented, how long this will be in place. How can disabled people park
