Drain cover is Rocking and shaking my property and is now causing damage. This has only been temp repaired with some tarmac but the drain cover needs a proper repair

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2177065.
This drain and cover always sinkS and I have to report it regularly because of the high level of speeding traffic that never sticks to the 30mph speed limit because TFL will not put up any signs on our stretch of road.
We are talking 24 / 7 Juggernaughts, lorrys more hurtling down the road.
My property and others shake and now I have large cracks in my walls which are compunded by the clanging drain and the shaking road. When is this going to be repaired properly? And when are TFL going to put up some signs to manage the traffic speed?
Can we meet a rep from TFL with a speed measure / speed gun and something to measure the vibrations please.
