Cyclists and skaters using pavements and not distancing themselves from pedestrians

Member of public reported this on 26th June: Cyclists snd skaters on pavement threaten pedestriants particularly senior people on Park lane road and Edgware road. A fine should be implemented on cycling or skating on pavements or confiscating their machines. They could kill or injure pedestersints. Please help us and police these two dangerous roads.
