Fault for many months - Light sometimes stuck on red

Reported in the Stuck on red category anonymously at 14:31, Monday 29 June 2020

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2177829.

When travelling on eastbound on A12, at traffic light junction turning right on to B192 Beehive Lane, the traffic lights to permit the right turn on to B192 are often stuck on red for several traffic light cycles. They are stuck for so long that drivers often get out of their car. I believe the problem is to do with the sensor to detect that traffic is waiting to turn right. Either the sensor is not working, or is positioned in such a way that the first waiting car often stops in the wrong place to be detected.
