Loading bays closed ; Vehicles unable to make deliveries

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2184206.
A business owner has contacted us on 30th June and previously on 16th June saying deliveries can't be made and there have been problems since loading bays were closed in the Village. affecting: 1 High Street 2 The Broadway and 4 The Broadway
The loading bay restrictions were partially removed but not at our end of the bay, so for example today (30th Jne), They had an appliance delivery with 7 large machines (one of which is an american fridge freezer). This delivery would normally go straight across the path into our showroom, instead, it will have to either cross the road on the busy traffic lights, or share the entire length of the path with pedestrian both of which are dangerous.
The loading bay that has been sectioned off to widen the path, is not used by people. Neither the elderly nor the mothers with pushchairs want to navigate up and down the curb and our pathways are not busy anyway, so there is no need to.
