Causing vibration / shaking Damaging to property

Reported in the Pothole (minor) category anonymously at 12:27, Monday 13 July 2020

Sent to TfL 2 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS2197965.

This keeps happening and the last time it was reported some works were carried out which helped - but its causing issues once again. As vehicle go past in both directions (especially heavy and/ or large vehicles) this reverberates to our house and makes it shake. This is definitely causing cracks in our house not just shaking. I would like to extend into our attic, but we cannot do this as we are concerned about the impact from the toad and stability to our house. This is in edition to the noise pollution, for which we may have to try and replace eco double glazing to sound proof glass which may or may not work. .

Who is going to pay for any remedial works and sound proofing? The traffic is getting heavier (even in lockdown? And the speed and heavy vehicles are not being monitored or restricted.

I would like to know how you can help us with remedial works to the road and our home. I look forward to hearing from you.
