Can please explain what you seek to achieve by closing parts of Bishopsgate. Exactly how extra social distancing will be achieved. What data or analysis you have relied upon to make this decision. Do you anticipate people walking in the road to create space. Will cycling speed increase as a result of less traffic and do you anticipate additional risk to people walking. How do you intend to measure success. Thank you for your anticipated timely response.
