Intermittent issue with 'walk' button

Reported in the Pedestrian wait button not working category anonymously at 13:28, Thu 16 July 2020

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2203148.

Sometimes pressing the button to cross will have the 'wait' sign come on -but the wait will drop off after maybe 30 seconds without stopping traffic. Same thing happens on Homesdale road.
