Water leak causing slippery moss all over the pavement.

A water leak for over a year has caused the pavement to be covered in a slippery moss. Thames Water state that this is due to a leak on a customers property but can’t give me details. Reference 31486263 Are the council able to assist in helping Thames Water get access to resolve this given the safety issue for pedestrians using the pavement? Thanks
