I reported the information earlier to the tfl agent above. Although grateful she reported it for me, there seems to be an error in detail in her report.
The wall by bus stop A on Amersham Rd in new cross/Lewisham way (please see photos attached). Needs to be repaired as a matter of urgency according to lewisham council as it is unsafe to the public.
The builders are due to commence work this Friday 24th July am (they have not started work as yet) hence we would need to temporarily close the bus stop for 2 weeks whilst the work is being done to protect the pedestrians waiting at the bus stop.
As the wall & fence are directly behind bus stop A.
From the end of the grey gate nearest the bus stop by the blue bin in the photo we need a clearance of 13.5 x 2.10m.
To ensure safety whilst leaving a safe space for pedestrians to still be able to use 0.90m of the walk way.
Please can you give the clearance for this and temporarily shut off bus stop A at your earliest convenience as its a building control and environmental matter that needs to be swiftly taken care of for the benefit of all.
Many thanks
