Removal of ballard
Reported in the Worn out road markings category anonymously at 15:01, Mon 27 July 2020
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2218760.
There used to be a ballard preventing cars from driving up on the pavement and driving and parking on a pedestrian walkway. Someone has removed it and now cars are driving on the pavement while mothers are with there young children. One day one of these children will be run over because of the removal of the ballard. Also when someone comes up from the underpass and not expecting a van or car driving on the pavement on their left side someones child will be killed. This is a health and safety issue that needs to be dealt with ASAP

Hi Today while my shop was closed bollards was placed at the wrong side of my shop. The original bollards were between fjd autos and the cafe. Now that the contractors have left my pedestrian only Zone open for cars to drive up and block my shop and park where do I put my tables and chairs? Kingston Council has given me permission to leave tables and chairs out to promote my business but how I'm I supposed to do that if your contractors have put the bollards on the wrong end? Can you let me know why the bollards were placed there and not on the original place. Also what about my tables and chairs that I paid Kingston Council for the use of that I can no longer use because cars will be there instead.
